Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all 2nd STREET security tags and store labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
