What is your return policy for online orders?

We offer a 7-day return window for online purchases if the item does not match the description or if there is an undisclosed defect. Items must be returned with the original security tag attached.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location and the selected carrier.

Can I sell my clothes to 2nd STREET online?

Currently, our 'Buy-Back' service is only available at our physical store locations. You can bring your items in-store for an immediate appraisal and payout.
